RAMAC NETWORK ALLIANCE
membership by-laws summary

• Alliance companies must be a RAMAC member
• Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Committee Leaders are elected positions
• Members vote on annual dues sufficient to promote the alliance and its members
• Exclusivity (no duplication of any member’s ‘core’ products & services in one alliance. A second alliance will be fromed when there are sufficient duplicate businesses.)
• New memberships subject to review with 100% existing member approval needed
• RAMAC members are encouraged to attend to learn more. Non-RAMAC guests are welcome by invitation of an existing member
• Attendance at the weekly meeting is expected (7:30 to 9:00 a.m. on Fridays)
• Members must familiarize themselves with Alliance businesses and actively promote referral activity

The 'style' of the Alliance is to keep the value to members high and the cost, reporting, paperwork, and formality to a minimum. Our purpose is to help each other obtain business leads without adding non-value work to our busy schedules.
